Join us for the opening reception of A Brush with Birds, a new solo exhibition by Ocala-based artist Naomi Shanti. Through a captivating blend of painting, aerial photography, and cartography, Shanti explores the intersection of family legacy, conservation, and Florida’s natural landscapes. Inspired by her transition from tattoo artist to conservationist, this body of work reflects a deep reverence for the land, the wildlife it shelters, and the stories of the families who preserve it for generations to come.

The evening will feature live music, free drinks, and an interactive installation that invites you to engage with the themes of the exhibit. Delicious food will be available from the Mexi-Rican Food Truck, making it a full night of art, community, and connection.
