What does “plein air” mean?

The French term “plein air” means out of doors and refers to the practice of painting entire pictures outside on-site.

When will I receive my item?

Most items ship within a week.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.

How Does Local Pick-up work?

If you select “Local Pick-up” for your delivery option, we will reach out to send you available times. The Shapot Art Studio and Gallery is located at 2318 NE 8th Rd., Ocala, FL 34470.

If you select this option, you must pick up your purchased art WITHIN 60 days, unless otherwise discussed with the artist. If the artwork is NOT picked up within 60 days, the purchaser will forfeit the artwork back to the artist.

Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Email shapot.art@gmail.com to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 14 days. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Customer Privacy

Information you provide to The Shop through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.

Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Jordan Shapot Art related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.

We’ll never, ever, ever sell or otherwise give out information to a third party.
